Option A: 10'-6" Ceiling at Porch & 1F MBR, with skillion roof above 1F MBR.
Option B: 10'-6" Ceiling at Porch & 1F MBR, with hip roof above 1F MBR.
Option C: 9'-0" Ceiling at Porch & 1F MBR, with hip roof above 1F MBR.
(Note that with the ceiling dropped lower, the transom window above front door got shorter, while the foyer window got taller, and the 1F BDR window got shorter as well.Â
All 3 options shown above have the same building materials for the exterior walls, which are:
Roof = Dark-colored sheet metal
Porch & Foyer wall = Wood-textured vinyl siding
Front of the house = Stone veneer up to the 42" high, and then white vinyl siding for above
Rest of the house = white vinyl siding
